Based in Southampton and trading since 2013, we’ve built a strong reputation for delivering first-class carpentry and joinery services.
Working primarily with main contractors, major house builders and developers on mid to large mixed-tenure schemes, we tender for contracts ranging between £10,000 and £1 million.
We work across the housing sector on all build types including private residential, social housing, student accommodation and commercial buildings, and our professional and highly experienced team have the skillsets to support both refurbishments and new build developments. We ensure consistent standards and a meticulous attention to detail across all our projects, no matter the size.

1st and 2nd Fix Carpentry
We have the skilled resource to deliver carpentry packages at pace and at scale. Whether you need traditional cut roofs or trussed roofing, joisting systems, pre-hung door sets or traditional second fixing.
Internal Fit-Outs and Furniture Installation
We specialise in ‘high volume’ internal fit-outs on large housing schemes, working across kitchen and bathroom installations, fitted wardrobes and bedroom furniture.
Our fitters understand what’s involved in working to site programmes. They align with other trades, while consistently delivering top quality installations.
Window and Door Installation
We have broad experience and expertise in window and door installations, including fitting of UPVC and hardwood, commissioning and remedials. We also have an in-depth understanding of the requirements around fire door installations and deliver to exact standards.
Flooring and Decking
We are regularly commissioned to undertake flooring and decking installations across all material types: hardwood, engineered, SPC flooring, as well as WRP, aluminium and porcelain decking systems.
Aftercare Services
We provide a professional and responsive Aftercare Service to support customer care departments. We carry out property reviews and investigation reporting, aftercare snagging services and remediation projects.
Handyman and Hard Surface Repair Services
This is our ‘finals’ snagging service, involving the completion of any repairs necessary to enable site handover, often delivered within a tight deadline.

All our operatives are CSCS, CITB and CIS registered. Our supervisors are SSSTS or SMSTS accredited. They work closely with site teams, project managers and commercial departments to deliver high volume ‘right first time’ installations. Working at pace to align with demanding programme deadlines.
