1st and 2nd fix carpentry
Gun Hill Park is a Weston Homes development in Aldershot, featuring a collection of luxury homes in the former Cambridge Military Hospital, as well as new build homes in the wider Wellesley Estate. Sloane was involved in the refurbishment where most homes were unique, and with many boasting original features.
Sloane’s first phase of work at Gun Hill Park involved a 1st and 2nd fix carpentry contract and SPC flooring contract. The second phase focussed on the installation of bathroom furniture, including fitted vanity and mirrored units and shower/bath screens. We also installed fitted wardrobes.

Gunhill Park
This unique Weston Homes development in The Wellesley Estate, Aldershot, combines beautifully converted properties with contemporary homes. Sloane was commissioned for two phases of work.
The installation of bathroom furniture and fitted wardrobes, plus 1st and 2nd fix carpentry and SPC flooring contract.
Springfield Park
Springfield Park in Maidstone, Kent, is a stunning collection of new-build apartments, built to a high specification with luxurious kitchens and bathrooms. Our two phases of work on this development included 2nd fix carpentry, UPVC window/door installation and bathroom and fitted wardrobe fitting
The Set
Previously a film studio, The Set on Cabul Road in Battersea, London is a bespoke collection of 15 apartments and duplexes and four terrace houses. Each home has entirely distinctive features, including double-height spaces and landscaped sunken gardens. Sloane matched the overall luxury of the development with bespoke vanity units and completed the internal joinery fit out to the reception area.
Caxton Square
Caxton Square in Wood Green, North London, is a new development of 75 apartment homes. The collection of one, two and three-bedroom apartments enjoy access to a roof-top terrace as well as fast journeys into central London. Sloane installed fitted wardrobes and bathroom furniture into these luxurious homes as well as UPVC Windows and Doors.
Abbey Quay
This high-profile development is located within the exciting new riverside quarter in Barking. Incorporating over 300 one-and two-bedroom apartments, it was a What House? Gold award-winner in 2023. Sloane completed fitted wardrobe and bathroom installations for the main contractor, Weston Homes.
Edinburgh Way
Edinburgh Way is a major development of one and two-bedroom apartments, by Weston Homes, in Harlow, Essex. With 242 homes in total, it is a popular place to buy for London commuters, that also benefits from nearby Harlow Town Park and the River Stort. Sloane installed bathroom furniture and fitted wardrobes into every home.
Dylon Riverside
Dylon Riverside in Sydenham, developed by Weston Homes, offers 254 one, two and three-bedroom apartments in a professionally landscaped setting. Commissioned by main contractor, Weston Homes, Sloane installed fitted wardrobes in each home, as well as luxury bathroom furniture throughout.
MANOR LANE
Sloane was contracted by British Offsite to support the internal fit-out of Manor Lane, a development by Weston Homes in Feltham, Hounslow. The 104 apartment homes were spread across two adjoining buildings. Sloane completed the installation of bathroom furniture and fitted wardrobes and delivered 2nd fix carpentry and decking for Weston Homes.
